Once again, the Orange Julep found itself with a large crowd of VAG enthusiasts. With the warm weather finally upon us after all the raining days, we hope that summer has finally started. This means that we will more meets and nice cars cruising the streets.
The weekly Vdub gathering at the Julep tonight was insane. Tons of proper stanced rides, classic Volks’, along with the bag riders crew made this an awesome meet. On July 26th, several local Corvette clubs met up at the Orange Julep on Decarie. Most of the rides were kept in such great condition that one could believe they came straight out of the dealer’s lot. Dubbers from Montreal met up Friday morning at the Orange Julep to take part in the annual Orangeball Rally. Together they rode down to New Jersey to attend the largest Audi/VW car show in North America; Waterfest. We got held up at the boarder for about 2 hours and some of the pack got separated…. We showed up to another Thursday evening Orange Julep meet. Usually the nicer cars show up early and leave at sunset when the ugly ricer ones arrive. Some really clean high performance rides were there.
